1- I am Indian Citizen. I have Entered USA on 02/26/2011 with L1A visa .Port of Entry is through Vancouver Canada .I was working at Canada Client Location and the company asked to move to US Location.
2-Changed the Employer and Joined 01/10/2015 until 09/23/20016 through H1 Visa.
3-A I140 Approved from the previous employer with a Priority date 12/17/2015.
4- Transferred H1 to a different Employer on 09/26/2016 and continuing till now .
5. Currently have a valid I797 approved till Mar 2020.With this company the Green card Processing has not initiated yet
5- Traveled last time to India on 11/26/2012 with L1 visa and has not traveled to India Since then.
Want to check if there will be any issue if i am going for a visa stamping Process.
