Hi All,
Recently I filed renewal of H1-B and I got RFE. They are saying "You did not submit sufficient evidence to establish that the wage level selected on the LCA matches the duties that will be performed by the beneficiary". The proffered position on my LCA designated as a Level 1 and its same like on my first H1-B. I didn't change anything on renewal process. Now they are saying the duties you are performing do not correspond to level 1 description.
Please let me know If any one also get same kind of LCA. Also let me know how to response USCIS.
