  • On H1b, leaving country after 2 extensions

    Hi,

I came to US in 2014 on H1B. Since then, I have got 2 extensions (I-797 approved) along with my wife and kid's H4. My stamping on passport has expired, because I didn't travel outside the country since I first came. I am planning to visit India next month with my family. My questions are:

1.) Where should I submit the I-94 that is attached in my I-797 approval notice before departure? Should I submit the latest one or both the extensions I-94 attachment?
2.) My latest extension kicks in from February. However, I am planning to return to US in January. I need to go to stamping next month, should I show the latest extension to the VO? The new stamping if approved, will it allow me to return to US before the start date kicks in (which is in February)?
3.) I have return flight via London. Will I face any problem at airport if my new and only valid visa stamping date starts in future?

    Thanks
