Hi all,
I am on H1B (stamped till end of 2018) and have been in India for last 4 months (vacation etc) .
I am planning to go to Canada, stay there for 2-3 days and then from there i will go to US. I have a Canadian Tourist visa so thats not an issue (just that I am getting flights for same price & don't want to do special Canada trip later on)
Will it create any problems at the US POE as to: "Why i am entering US from Canada & didn't directly fly back from India " ? What is the rule guys? Can you transit 2-3 days somewhere in between?
Please let me know as i am not sure if this will create issue as POE (it’s unnecessarily getting messy nowadays)
