Dear MLF
In my H1B visa interview I am asked to submit the client letter over an email by issuing 221g white slip. I do not have the client letter and seems like the chances of attaining are bleak due to some legal issues between the client and the prime vendor, what substitute could I submit instead for a favorable result?
Here are the documents I have
1. ID badge from the client location.
2. Affidavits from colleges stating that I am working at that client location.
3. Email communication from the client location manager stating that client letter could not be issued.
E.g., could not provide client letter due to change in policy.....
4. When I requested for a client letter after my 221(g), here is the email I got from my manager.
Hi Naveen
I am saddened at the current event at US consulate. As you know have been working on getting the approvals and it is still pending. At this state we will continue to push but I do not for see it being complete anytime soon.
We will continue to work it but I do not have a specific date that I can give.
