I have valid I-797 till Dec 31, 2017. I have applied for h1 and h4 extension on aug 25, 2017 and still in waiting status. my wife went to india on nov 20, 2017, though her h4 extension is not approved yet.
she has a visa stamping till july 30, 2018. Can she come to USA by feb 11, 2018??
when she arrives back, she will get new I94 expiry date till july 30, 2018 (based on stamping date? ).
Is there any option to file H4 extension again with new I94??

she has to move out of the country if I94 is going to expire?

she was has to wait until my i-797 is approved and go for stamping??
