I was able to successfully generate the Dropbox confirmation letter but the passport number mentioned in the dropbox letter is incorrect (My DS 160 confirmation page has all right details). I called the customer care and they said they will not be able to correct the passport number after it is tagged to the MRV receipt number and advised to go ahead with the dropbox procedure and the dropbox agent will be able to correct the discrepancy.
Is it advisable to create a profile again, repay the fees and generate the dropbox confirmation letter again? Any suggestions based on previous experience is truly appreciated.
