I am staying in US from 2006 and my passport expired on 2012. I forgot to renew my passport until 2013. I have valid H1-B visa and I-94 during this time. I went to my home country in 2015 and got a visa stamp on new passport. I am up for renewal this year. I got dropbox option and I submitted my documents including old passport which went to Administrative Processing.
1.Did I do illegal stay between 2012-2013?
2. Will it have an impact on current visa stamp processing.
