H1 Job Chage and dependent status
Hi
I am currently in USA and this year I got converted my self from L1-B to H1B. I have received my approval notice for H1B and now continuing with H1B approval notice. I have already applied the H4 conversion for my spouse from L2 and got the receipt too. I have following queries and need expert's opinion
1) If I change my job now can I do it with approval notice without getting it stamped ?
2) If the above is true then what will happen to my spouse's status in that case ? Considering she already got the receipt form my current employed what will happen to her status if I change the job ?
