hi, i am working on H1B visa since 2009 and after lot of discussions back and forth my employer filed my GC in EB3. My parents ( old and need my help) and my brother who has a problem of anxiety and depression also need someone to be there with him. He is 23 and 12th grade pass with very good grades. Either i can call them here or i go back to India.
Now after these many years of struggle its very difficult for me to go back to India and start working all over again.
If this group has immigration experts, please suggest what is the quickest and possible way to call them in USA( not on visitor visa). May be some other visa option like O1 or something which can help us to get reunited.
