My employer has filed for Amendment of location for my H1B in June 2017. There was an RFE which employer responded on Dec 10 2017 and USCIS case status is updated on Dec 14 2017. On Jan 2 2018, my employer has informed me that my amendment is rejected but the USCIS website shows status as -' Response to your RFE received on Dec 14 2017 and is being processed'. Is this possible?
Does this really mean my employer received the response but USCIS is not updated?
