Hi Everyone,
I have applied for H1 to H4 COS on 06/20/2017 and the case is still pending with vermont service center. USCIS website indicates that they are processing application of March 27 now.
And I applied for H4 EAD on 08/23/2017 and I have included my H4 Receipt in the H4 EAD application, but I still got RFE in December asking to submit approved H4 document. Can I submit my H4 Receipt copy to the RFE again?
meanwhile my husband employer is applying for his H1 extension in premium processing next week and processing my h4 extension application as well together. what will happen to my H4 extension? will there be any leverage to my H4 as his application will be submitted in premium processing?
