H1 Transfer Confusion

I am currently working with Company A in past they revoked my H1 but they filed for new H1 twice and it both went into RFE now they initiated a new H1 meanwhile I get a Company B offer and they suggested for change of employer, What should be the best approcah to switch to Employer B without getting into any trouble.
