Got 221g for H1 and want to travel on H4

I traveled to USA on H4 , I did then change of status from H4 to H1 and started working on H1.
Recently I visited India for H1 stamping and I got 221 G during interview.
Its been 2 months I did not receive any reply yet.

I still have Valid H4 stamped visa , Due to some urgency I have to travel back to USA.

Can I travel back on H4 visa while my H1 221g is process?

Will there be any issue at immigration as I did my change of status from H4 to H1?

Please advice on this as i need to plan my travel ASAP.

I am in the similar situation with H1 B 221 g in process. I dont have any valid stamp on my passport so I have to apply for H4 , DO you know if I need to pull out H1 B application and apply for new one
