My wife is applying for H4 EAD and is filling out Form 765.

Question 15 asks "Have you ever before applied for employment authorization from USCIS?"

This is the first time she is applying for EAD under H4. She used to have an EAD card when she was in F1-OPT. She converted to H4 a while ago. Does she need to fill "Yes" for this question?
