Made mistake in ds 160 form, but i realized after scheduled an interview

I have scheduled an interview on February month (2018) in Chennai U.S Embassy (india) for H1-B, but i have realized now i did not enter my educational information on ds - 160 form, unfortunately given the answer was "No" for this Question - Have you attended any educational institutions other than elementary schools?
is there any issues in stamping and interview? if so, what can i do now?

Do i cancel the appointment and schedule an new appointment?

Please help me.
