Hi, I went to India in Dec 2017 and came back to US on my old stamped H1B visa which is valid till March 2018, i have my new i797 extension approval till March 2021. While in IndiaI went for a Dropbox and submitted all the documents for new visa stamping, my new visa is still in Admin Processing. Now I am in the US, at the port of entry I got i-94 till March 2021. Both of my visa and new i797 are with the same employer. My question is what to do if my new visa gets approved or denied?
