Hi,
My husband applied for visa extension for him and his dependents(Me and my son). But we received only one approval notice mentioning my name as applicant and my son name as beneficiary . Also only I 94 assigned to his name. I din't get any separate notice for me or separate i94 number for me.
Now, i need to apply for my H4 EAD. Is that a problem?
How to resolve this?
