How does cap gap work when working for 2 employers on OPT?

Hi

My friend has a question about OPT Cap Gap. He can work for more than 1 employer on OPT. If both of them apply for his H1B and one of them gets selected, will cap-gap work in that case? Can he continue working for that employer once OPT expires? Can there by any problems for H1 due to working part time for 2 companies on OPT ?
