Hello,
My H1B COS from L1B and extension was applied in Nov 2017 along with H4 COS / Extension for my spouse. We got different receipt numbers from VSC.
I upgraded the H1B to Premium on Jan 12, 2018 and got approval on Jan 24, 2018. I haven't received the H1B approval package as yet. However, we have the following questions:
1. How long would it take for the approval package to reach my attorney from USCIS? Any approximate timeline?
2. What is my spouse's status? Her H4 receipt number is still "my case was received"
3. We have to travel outside of US urgently. I understand I can travel post getting my approval package but what about my spouse? Can she travel now?
4. What are our options if she wishes to travel before the status on the website changes to approved or we get her approval package?
Please help us out with any information you could.
