H1B revoked

Hi ,



I got my visa extended through employer A in Aug 2016 . In November 2016 , I got my 140 approved through same employer . I filed for extension based on i140 since i completed my 6 years through the same employer. which got approved in feb 2017 . I switched to a different employer in nov and joined that employer based on receipt number.



5 days ago i received notification from my USCIS . That visa which was approved in 2016 has been revoked and visa which got approved based on i140 status changed to "Request for RFE received".



Will it gonna effect my current visa which is in processing . What should be my next step .

Note : my previous employer was big indian consulting firm and my current employer is Product based US firm .



Please help me out here.

So you had an approved H1B, and an approved EB2 or EB3. You then ported to a new employer. Your H1B and I-140 were then revoked?

You need to talk t an attorney if you don't have one.

There is a very good chance that USCIS violated a law here which allows you to change employers.
