my H1B visa transfer is in process can i start new H1B visa transfer process

I left Employer A and currently my visa transfer is in process for Employer B (Consultant). I joined client company based on receipt notice. Now my client has offered me full time position. Can my client company start H1B transfer process as H1B transfer is in process by Employer B.

Do not transfer till 1st H1b application ( Employer B) decision is made.Do understand legally you may be able to transfer application but USCIS is taking closer look at the number of h1b's applications getting transferred so often.

USCIS is getting extremely strict in H1b transfers when previous application is pending. Be very careful.
