Hello Folks,
Has anybody had experience, starting a business while on H1B visa? I understand you can do that but you need to have US citizen or person on Green Card involved in decision of your work, pay extra. Apart from that I had few questions:
If the business is started, what are the requirements of the business to allow the person on h1b to work there:
1) Does the company have to have a minimum Revenue and income?
2) Do they have to pay H1b person a certain minimum salary?
3) Does the company needs to have minimum number of people?
4) Any other requirements?
