H1-b visa extension denied

Hi ,
My visa was valid till 2017 dec. My extension was denied on 30th Jan 2018. My husband has a valid H1 visa and i want to move to H4.
I dont have a valid I94. I broke my ankle so i can't travel right now to go to other country and get H4 stamping.
What are the next steps to do. Please suggest me if you have any idea.
