Revoked H1B and find new employeer
Hi All,
I worked with employer A for 3 years and got stamping till 2020 with that employer.
Recently I came to India for health issue , now almost 6 months completed. Meanwhile my employee A revoked my visa. I dont want to work with him again.
Should I find a new employer and go back before 2020? or I have to find a client and get re-stamping before I travel.
Please suggest What should I do now? Thanks in advance.
