Greeting! Hope you all doing great.
I need quick help to change my son's name on H4 Visa. He is Indian citizen living with me on H4. I have updated his name in Indian passport and Birth cert.
And in US (NJ) I got court order as well. Can anyone please let me know how to approach USCIS to update his name for H4 visa? Can I do it on my own or do I need to go through company lawyer (company lawyer will charge me a fee for this) so trying to do on my own.
How much time it will take once I submit my application to USCIS. Your response will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
