My company attorney is preparing to file for my H1B extension which is expiring in July 2018, since they charge me to file for my h4 and h4ead for my spouse, I thought to file it on my own
I wanted to ask you, for a question#22 on I 765 where it asks for C 26 eligibility criteria and asking for receipt number of your principal spouse's most recent I 787 notice of approval, The question I have is, which I 797 approval number I need to give? The one which is expiring on July 2017 or the new EAC number which I will not have until Attorney files my H1B extension? If I were to use the current I 797 approval number, what will be the EAD validity?
I will also be filing H4 extension for my spouse and child.
