Hi,
I am in US on H1b Visa. My Wife is also having H1b Visa but she is in India. Now if she wants to travel to US on dependent Visa, What will happen to her H1b Visa. Looking at current circumstances is there any risk of H1b getting rejected?
And is there chance if she come here on H4 and then search for job and convert her visa to H1b without leaving US?
