Getting H1 221g cleared after H4 stamped

My husband and I came to india for visa stamping in dec 2017 for h1b
We both got 221g , my husbands got cleared on feb1st.
was still waiting and am planning to apply for H4.
my question is what if i get h4 stamping and then within 2 days i get an email to submit passport for h1b?
can i send my passport for stamping?

what happens to my h4 stamped visa at this time
