Need Very Urgent Help --Kindly Help
I am working in H1B and having I140 Approved. I am having a strange situation. Please help me to guide what should I do? I am in the USA since Aug 2010.
My Employer is HTC my H1B extension filled by 29th Septemeber 2017. I was released from Caterpillar on 26 Jan 2018 and relocated to new Client ( Wallmart ) on 10 Feb 2018 location with same HTC Company.
HTC Company filed my H1B Amendment on 10 Feb 2018. So Now I have two WAC no.
I got RFE on 21st Feb 2018 on 1st H1B Extention ( Caterpillar one ).
Should I ask my Employer to withdraw my 1st H1B Extention which was filled with Caterpillar and continue with 2nd H1B Amendment because I cannot get any document from Caterpliilar ?
Or if i get Denial on 1st H1B Extention so will that impact my Resident Status?
