Dropbox H1B renewal - call for fingerprints without 221g

Submitted documents for H1B renewal (dropbox) on Feb - 20
Got a mail from the consulate asking to appear for fingerprints. No 221g and visa status is "Admin processing"
All the other cases I read were returned passport with 221g before asking to appear for fingerprints.
Anyone in the same situation ?
