This question might have been asked before,I am not sure but the question I have is
1. I have completed 6 years with same employer and I want to transfer my H1, Can the New Employer file for H1 Transfer and request 3 year extension?
2.My Next Question is if the new employer get a year or less than year extension, Can the New Employer file multiple extensions with the same old I-140?
3. What if the Old Employer revokes or withdraws the I140, Can the new Employer still request for h1 extensions with the old I-140?
