Hard Copy Approval was not received

Hi All,

I went through the H1B transfer and got the approval on 22nd Feb 2018 but I haven't received the hard copy approval so far.

My joining with the new employer depends upon that.

Do I need to worry or panic about it? Is there a way I can get the information why hard copy has not been received.
