  • Resign H1 and change to H4

    Hi,
I have H1B currently with ABC company and have about 1 year of H1B remaining out of 6 years.
My company told me recently that they will not be doing GC after delaying so many requests.
As there is a chance that H4 EADs might be revoked, I dont want to lose H1B remaining time.
    My spouse has I140 approved.

Can some please help me with different options and their benefits.
    Appreciate your help with it.

    Thanks,
    Pradeep

The quickest thing would be to travel to a consulate and get a H4 visa stamped. That would give you the flexibility to travel too. Filing for COS from H1 to H4 is another option, but that will take a much longer time compared to the previous option.
Just an opinion; Not legal advice.

      Thank you for your reply.
Does COS has premium processing? If so can I file H4 and H4 EAD under PP?
