Does COS has premium processing? If so can I file H4 and H4 EAD under PP?

Resign H1 and change to H4
Hi,
I have H1B currently with ABC company and have about 1 year of H1B remaining out of 6 years.
My company told me recently that they will not be doing GC after delaying so many requests.
As there is a chance that H4 EADs might be revoked, I dont want to lose H1B remaining time.
My spouse has I140 approved.
Can some please help me with different options and their benefits.
Appreciate your help with it.
Thanks,
Pradeep
