SOC (ONET/OES) Code for SAP Fico Lead position 15-1121 or 15-1132/3 ??
Recently my company has filed my H1 extension and the attorney had indicated SOC (ONET/OES) 15-1121 on Labor Condition Application while submitting my H1 extension papers, It has Level IV, Pay 120k.
My position is SAP FICO Lead, does not involve programming but purely configuration and other lead activities.
Question: Need an opinion on whether this would trigger any RFE? Fyi, this is my 3rd extension and I never had any problem with the code 15-1121 in the past, all were approved.
Someone told me that nowadays, it is being scrutinized further and it should have been 15-1132 or 15-1133 as most of the H1 cases are getting RFE/denied with
Code 15-1121.
Any experience or inputs/advise is highly appreciated.
