Hello All,
I have copy of approved petition and I-797. I have scheduled an interview few days back but my consultant told me not to go for it now as they are busy in answering 221G queries for other candidates. Thus my stamping is pending. The validity of I-797 is only one year i.e. Jan 2019. I have couple of questions considering this scenario -
1. Should I wait and watch? as i-797 expiry is approaching fast.
2. Is my petition valid even after expiry of I-797 or Do I need to go through lottery again?
3. Is it advisable to approach some other consultant/big company if my consultant is not able to find right job for me? Can it done from India?
