Hi ,
My H1B Visa Expired on Dec 31st 2017, My Employer has applied for extension before that on Dec 29th 2017 and we got RFE on Jan 11th 2018.Replied to RFE on March 21st and denied(case status tool) on April 3rd 2018.My Attorney is saying there is no reasonable time instructed by USCIS to leave the country after denial.So my employer can file extension with new Project/Client and I can stay here.Also he told maximum unlawful presence after denial date is 180 days.Is it correct, also another employer can apply for transfer now?What is the best thing I can do now?
