I?m on an H1B visa and working for company X. My husband is moving to a different city and hence I am also relocating. Would I need an H1B amendment? Can I convert status to h4 EAD and continue to work for company X. My only concern is that the employer might reject to go through the legal hassle and I will end up loosing my job. Hence will converting to H4 EAD be a better option in this case?
