Work Location is Different but POE is different

Hi All,

I need a suggestion from you all. I am working for US Based Software MNC. I have H1B approved and LCA location is say A. My customer is based on Location B. Now as per USCIS I had filed location amendment from India which got denied after giving RFE. Now as customer need my presence at location B urgently but initially as I cant enter through location B POE, hence I decided to enter through my base location i.e. Location A and after that again file amendment to travel to location B and work.

Question : 1. As my customer does not have any office at Location A (but my employer have). So will it create any problem at POE of location A ?
2. If I can enter through Location A POE, after that in how many days I can file location amendment ?
3. After entering through Location A, I will stay there in any hotel till I filed amendment and fly to location B. I will not rent any house. Will It create any problem to do the necessary work after arriving to USA ?
