Hello,
I am in the US on H1B. I have an offer from 'A' and approval for the same is received today
Joining for 'A' is 2 weeks from now and hence I would get the copy of the I797 only after I join them as per their policy. I have the receipt number, though.
I got another offer from 'B' which is more attractive and they will start filing the visa this week.
While 'B' starts my visa process, do I need to let him know about 'A'?
