H4 visa valid stamp while coming back from Mexico although visa expired

Hi all,

My wife's visa will expire in few months but she need to travel back to home country towards that period.
My H1b status got extended about a year ago and we both went to Mexico and came back and while reentring US they stamped her visa with new date extending it to end of 2019

Does she still need to new visa to travel?

Please help
