H1B CAP exempt - 2019

Dear all

I have CAP exempt H1B petition , my empolyer ready to apply through premium processing. From the news i can see US stopped all premium processing till September.

Since mine is CAP exempt does it falls under this blockage period or it will be processed as premium.

Confused , need clarification.

The premium processing suspension only applied to cap-subject petitions, so you should be able to use PP.
