Hi,
I need your opinion on how to handle my complicated scenario.
Employer A (an IT consultancy) has filed H1-B for a future employment starting from Oct 1, 2018 and I just got news that it has been selected in the lottery.
I am about to join an employer B who is going to accept me on CPT. I have valid status for next two years.
If my H1B gets approved from employer A, would I be able to get it transferred to employer B in October without any pay-slips or employment with employer A?
If employer B agrees to change me from full-time to consultant (of employer A) for few months until 3 payslips, and then would filing for transfer be okay?
Do you think the best option is to let go of the H1B with employer A and make employer B file it for next year?
Thanks in advance for your responses.
