I working on US visa for little more than 5 years since Jan 2013 as Senior developer. I140 approved In Feb 2018. I have offer from another employer as scrum master (Different Job description).
If I change employer now, I have following questions
1) Can new employer file h1b transfer based on I140 as my 6 year period is about to expire, even though the new job has different description then I140
2) If yes, will I get extension for 3 years or only for 9 more months (9 months pending for 6 year on h1b)
3) How often does the old employer revoke I140. And if they do, how is h1b transfer going to be impacted
