I will be completing 6 years on H1b in May 2019, I have my priority date of I140 file on May 2014, now I am looking for a change in my job, therefore want to study full time.
So once I extend my H1b next year for 3 years (June 2019 - May 2022), can I go to F1 status from August 2019-Dec 2020 in between and then come back on H1b (without applying a new application in the lottery) with the same priority date of May 2014 for my I140?
