Hi , my employer got an rfe to supplement evidence for extension beyond 6 years.
I got new job from a employer they filed my transfer in premium processing .now got rfe to supply evidence for H1b extension beyond 6 years . I don?t have approved i140 .my H1b expiry date is feb 2020 .my employer told me that they file green card in another 3 months . What would be or should be the response by the employer should be . Their job to date on June 2021
