H1B stamping for my Wife - First time coming from India

I am in USA on F1 visa working on OPT. MY wife got H1B approved which she filled from India need to go for H1B stamping in Hyderabad (She never been to US earlier on even dependent visa) Her H1B petition is with a start-Up company in US and it is in-house project.
Is it any problem that her DS-160 shows her husband in USA on F1 visa and she is trying to come US on H1B.

Please suggest that what kind of questions she will be encountered in visa stamping in this particular case.?
