Changing employer with PERM pending

In feb 2018, i transferred mine H1b visa from Employer A to Employer B and it got approved till Nov 2020, after that i got the PERM approval from my old employer A and they were willing to continue with my GC process and filed for I140 petition which got approved in June 2018.

My question here is,
1) can my old employer continue my GC process and once its approved, I can join him back.
2) If the answer to question 1 is yes, with the I-140 approved will I be able to get visa extensions till my GC gets approved.
3) How this whole situation wil impact my GC interview process?

2. As you are not working for them, I don't think it can be done.
3. You will have to explain why your employer is willing to wait for so many years for you to join.
