H1-B Visa with domestic battery Charges

I am on H1-B visa and my wife on H4. We had a disagreement and my wife called 911 and got me arrested on domestic battery charges. I am out on bond, and the state's attorney offered me to plead guilty with 12 month supervision, 2 days in correctional facility which I already had and some court fines. Now I want to know the consequences if I accept this offer on my immigration status in regards to H1-B extensions and transfer and visa stamping with these latest immigration laws.
